Quiet week for Barking Roadrunners this week race wise, but once again there was a good number of members and guests at Tuesday’s track night, which was a pyramid session led by Alison, who has now passed the England Athletics Coaching in Running Fitness (CIRF) course to become a higher qualified instructor. Well done Alison.

The usual crew were at Jo Richardson school, Castle Green, for the Thursday night run doing the Becontree Avenue loop this week.
