The Barking Road Runners Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday 28th October at the Jo Richardson Community School/Castle Green Centre, Gale Street, Dagenham, RM9 4UN. Arrive at 7,00pm for a start time of 7.15pm. The meeting will finish no later than 9.00pm.
We are aware that Covid infection rates are rising, but feel it is important to go ahead with this year’s AGM given that there was no AGM last year. We will, however, act in accordance with the Government guidelines in place at the time of the meeting. To protect the safety of your fellow club members, we ask that you do not attend if you’ve got Covid symptoms; have tested positive for Covid; have been in contact with someone with Covid; or have been asked to self-isolate. It would be preferred if you could take a lateral flow test before attending.
